Dakota Snider is a professional photographer with 14 years of experience specializing in outdoor, environmental, and destination-based tourism photography.
His work is driven by a passion for wild places, meaningful storytelling, and the power of imagery to inspire connection with the natural world.

From the granite walls of Yosemite to remote landscapes across the globe, Dakota has partnered with destinations, tourism boards, and organizations worldwide to showcase the beauty, culture, and spirit of the places he photographs. His imagery not only elevates brand visibility but also supports sustainable tourism initiatives and environmental conservation efforts, especially within America’s national parks.

Dakota spent six years living and working in Yosemite National Park, a place that strongly shaped his creative eye and commitment to responsible storytelling. Add on his 5 years experience working with Mammoth Lakes Tourism as a Senior Marketing and Special Events Manager, he has a unique perspective on the behind-the-scenes of client requests.

Today, he’s a full-time nomad, traveling wherever the trail (or assignment) leads, continuing to document the landscapes and destinations that inspire him most.

Whether you're a client looking to bring a destination to life or a fan following the journey, Dakota brings authenticity, energy, and a deep love for the outdoors to every project.
